Returns & Exchange Policy
- If goods are damaged during delivery, we offer a free replacement. We do not have a refund policy. If you would like to cancel an order, you have 24 hours after placing the order to cancel it. You may contact our customer service team to arrange cancellations or to report damaged products.
If you do receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product and provide pictures of the damaged product.
You may choose to exchange your product within 24 hours of placing an order. You may contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Sale items may not be exchanged.
